​Who is this Retreat for?

​

The Atlanta Spartan E3 Retreat is designed for HEROIC members and HEROIC Coaches who want to experience HEROIC culture in community in an intimate setting and tackle a SPARTAN RACE together. This is also perfect for the HEROIC Coach who wants to level up your coaching skills and your tech as you experience new ways to energize and recover and possibly add some tech modalities to your Coaching Practice.

RETREAT VENUE:

The Farmhouse Inn

PRICING INCLUDES:

​

• Room and board at the Farmhouse Inn with all meals included (Friday supper-Monday breakfast for 3 night attendees/ Friday supper-Sunday sack lunch at Race for 2 night attendees......community cooking for some meals),

• All retreat venue activities (see main page for details), and

• Transportation to and from the Spartan Race from the retreat venue.

 

*Air travel and other travel to and from the retreat venue are not included.  Spartan Race registration and fees are not included.

 

INCLUDED RETREAT BONUSES:

 

3 Pre-Retreat Zoom calls to:

​

• Meet Jenny and fellow attendees before the event

• Familiarize attendees with the tech they will be experiencing

• Meet Carrie Power and learn about her services

• Discuss training strategies to prepare for the race including simple “obstacles” you can make at home

• Discuss Pre-Retreat “Homework” of selecting a +1 or PN you want to share with the group and to get a few volunteers to do short group coaching sessions at the retreat.

• Jenny will do a group coaching session to model what that can look like.

 

1 Post-Retreat Zoom Coaching Call to:

Discuss ways to integrate what you experienced at the retreat into your own personal daily HEROIC practice or your coaching practice and to check in and stay connected with your new HEROIC friends!

Spartan Race ticket and registration: price varies at different times with promotions. We will be running on Sunday, March 19th in the 12:15 heat of the Atlanta Spartan 5K at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA.  Get your ticket first and then join #TeamHeroic to run with the group!

Functional Movement Screening with Carrie Power: 40.00

1 hour Individual session with Carrie Power:  80.00

30 minute individual session with Carrie Power:  50.00
